I do not but I plan on getting a pair of apistogramma cacuatoides, not sure which yet. Looking at Triple Reds, steel blues, and a few others.

Haven't had time to check posts lately with xmas shopping and all. If you have anymore Vals please post. I will be glad to take them. I work right off of I55 and Route 83. I am in the process of converting a 29 gallon from fake plants to real plants.

Thanks in advance,
Ed S

Are the Jungle vals straight, or do they twist? I am in Bolingbrook, about 10 minutes from you.

The Vals are straight not "Italian" which I believe is the one you are thinking of Tamelesstgr.

I'll definitively post as soon as I do more pruning. I just did a major one last 2 weekends so it may take a week or so. But the way they grow I doubt it will be very long :-).

Hi, it would seem like your stuff should be growing like crazy from what I'm reading (but I'm no expert). I have a 75g with 4 T8 ODNO an all pool filter sand substrate, dosing flourish once in a while, some root tabs occasionally and co2. Maybe it is just because these are Jungle Vals that they grow. Shipping is scary for me since I've never done it. So let me think on it and see if it can be done by me. I think there are some people here that may be able to help on why they aren't growing.
