It's mainly focused on Poison Dart Frogs (PDFs), but a lot of the people in there have other critters/setups, and there are some great DIY backdrops and stuff.
Yeah I'm on Dendroboard and it's a great site for poison dart frogs. There's a vivarium/picture section, as well as a construction/build section. There is lots of good info and ideas in the build section, and the vivarium part has some very nice vivs. If you search for large paludariums, there are some incredible (and huge!) tanks that have fish, frogs, geckos, crabs, etc. The vast majority of threads over there are land terrariums without ponds since it's mostly for poison dart frogs, but there are some nice ones with water features and ponds too.

Yup +1 for dendroboard. They are very knowledgeable, but definitely not as quick as here. I also don't think that they have quite the numbers as TPT does.
I've also used orchid board. There is some terrarium discussion, also hydroponics.
