Water Changes! While you still give very little information, this makes it difficult to hazard a guess as to what's wrong with your fish. however, the majority of illness/disease are directly related to water quality. Some of these things cannot even be tested. You don't want to shock your fish with large water changes right off the bat, so I'd suggest several small changes over several days....25% should be fine per day. Consider what your CO2 levels are, as perhaps they are an issue still.
