That's where I'm from! Buddy I got you! There's a local store on 49th st called Fins and Skins. They have a small selection of driftwood. Then there's a place on US 19 near 54th ave N called Sea Life. They have a small selection as well. Always gotta save the BEST for last. Marine Warehouse in Tampa has a huuuuugggeeee selection of driftwood. And they have really cool pieces already attached to slate. But theres a big spot under the tanks that they have for at least 200 pieces of driftwood any size or design. It's amazing. I also suggest checking them out for plants, they have a big selection and are very hearty plants. Hope this helps!
EDIT: Realized you mean actually looking for some, sorry! Um I would check in Tampa, near the bay. I had a buddy that lived on the bay in some apartments and he used to find driftwood on the the ground while he walked his dog. I've seen him find some pretty cool pieces. So go over the Gandy bridge and take a right on westshore. Find an apartment complex on the right down a ways and go to the bay through the apt complex. Check around, I would say Pinellas county wouldn't have much as there aren't many spots for that.
