Online Plant Store in Florida?

I am having a heck of a time finding someone that is economical to buy plants to start my first 40gal. planted tank. Any suggestions? I live in Central FL near Ocala, and there isnt anything local around here to get quality plants. Thanks for any help!

there are good stores within 45 minutes of you where you can find great plants. I personally like to see what I'm buying when it comes to anything live.

If you want to buy in person i'd go to Darkwater aquatics in orlando. Otherwise i'd honestly buy online. Its significantly cheaper if you are wanting a lot of plants, even with shipping. When i started out i got a lot of plants from aquariumplants.com and then found other plants that i was after by trading, folk on this forum or very infrequently aquabid.com.

I have a WTB thread going here. Being my first planted tank, I have to buy a decent amount of product to get it up and going. I am also going for a specific look where my hardscape is going to be the primary scape and the plants will be used to make it look natural and inviting without overtaking my aquarium (I.E. lots of pruning =/ )

Thread is here.

I can use either HC, Dwarf Hair Grass, or some other quick growing carpet plant.

I know this sounds janky, but check out Petsmart. They have packages of gel grown plants that i have had good luck with. Not the tubes or the tank, the packages. I have DHG, downoi, and bacopa from them that have done extremely well.

darkwateraquatics.com look for that username, the owner is on this website also. You can choose what you want and/or get a quote through messages. Very nice person to deal with. Store is in orlando, will ship.
