Fairfield County

From what I can gather, there is not a fishkeeping club in Southwestern CT. Sounds like maybe there was some activity in the past (either in CT or New England generally). I live in Stamford and am relatively new to fishkeeping. I started a 10 gallon, lightly planted low tech tank in September 07 and just upgraded to a 29 gallon, heavily planted, high tech tank in March of this year. I would be interested in getting together with other aquarists in the area and sharing tips and ideas, showing off tanks, etc.

So this post is just to see if anyone would be interested in something like that. If you're in or near Fairfield County and would like to get together with others, please make a post here and depending on the interest, maybe we can set something up.

Hi there I am in Stamford. Does not seem like too many people in the area. I have planted tank as well and also keep some angels. What kind of fish do you keep?
