SOLD: Full tank setup with Apistogramma Bitaeniata SOLD
re: 10 gallon
Well, I will be moving a few blocks away to a brand new apartment and will be setting up an ADA type room. I need this tank gone so I have less things to move. I originally purchased it from a guy in NYC just the way it is except that I added the branch and the strip light which takes screw in bulbs that you can get from home depot. Everything is included, it's plug and play. You get the filter, light, tank, fish and plants. The entire floor is covered with crypt parva. There is a wooden stump that is all covered with moss. The stem plants are in OK shape but there is no algae. There are about 12 Apistogramma bitaeniata juveniles that are approaching adulthood soon. The back has some Staurogyne repens as well. The previous owner grew the parva from one pot and it's been growing this way for 4 years. The substrate is regular soil covered with black sand. The tank has a ton of MTS snails that come out when the lights are off. I fertilize once a week but do not inject co2. There is also one amano shrimp in there along with an otto.
You will get it just as it sits with everything except the glass piece that the light sits on (i need it for another tank). Below are the pics of what the fish will look like when grown up and the actual tank.
Sorry, will not break down.
Local pickup in Greenwich.
