WTB: moss in the East Bay

Hi,
I am looking to buy some java moss, Christmas moss, or similar around the East Bay. I am located in the Concord/ Walnut Creek area but I am willing to drive a little.

Thanks,
Joe

Thanks for the replies guys. Bacon5, San Jose is a little far but if I am ever in the area I will definitely look you up. JoseRivera, yeah if your friend is willing to sell me some, that would be awesome. Psiorian, awe just missed out on the java moss. Yeah if you could send a picture of the mystery moss that would be cool. I am just looking for some moss for my driftwood. I'll have to check out All about fish too, i have never been.

The moss is the one being given away here.

I also have tiny bits of flame moss, or fissidens as well. I just set up my tank so I dont have much until everything grows out. (There might be some algae as well as the tank is still stabilizing so I'd dip them before adding)

How big is the tank and driftwood? If it is big might want to wait until it grows out or you can propagate it yourself.

AFA also has a nice assortment of mosses. Sometimes Albany Aquarium has mosses as well, usually flame or java.

Nice. That moss looks nice. I got a 55g with a large branch of manzanita. I'm in no rush, so no worries.

Nice looking moss. I got a 55g with a large piece of manzanita drift wood. I'm in no rush, so no worries. Thanks for the options of local aquarium stores.

Sorry I'm bad about staying on threads, but I kept this in the back of my head. I went to my friends house and he ripped out some moss for me to give to u. He says it's java but I think it might be flame moss if u still want it
