Who's going to complain if you take a shovel full?

No one.

You need nothing, think about it, this is where they grow AQUATIC plants, rice etc........

There's nothing else to add, it's all there. That's the point.

Anywhere along 113 north of town........

Luck is generally not a factor in that sort of thing. Extraneous circumstances, perhaps.

I thought that was all private property! The only paddies I know of are the ones underneath I5 ... and I have NO idea how to get my car down near them except maybe Road 22 that goes near the river - but I've never stopped my car and gotten out anywhere around there - I guess I always figure someone with a shotgun is gonna get mad cuz I'm out digging in their land!

I've never been brave enough to just stop and start walking and poking around figuring I'd be messing with someone's rice farm lol.

I'm thinking about how to update my PAR vs types of lighting chart. If I find a good way to do so I will load that into the new site.

Another good thing to put there is a good summary of the latest on EI dosing.

Another might be a chart of substrates vs their properties.

Another would be a list of places to get CO2 refills in this area, along with prices and their "rules".

One thing I still use the Yahoo site for is the links I put there for GLA and the Fertilizer store in the Bay Area. It is a good place to store that stuff.

All great suggestions. We can add links to the site (I've added a few) as well as posting them to forums. We can make "stickies" if needed as well.

If you send me the latest data, I'll upload it.
