before knowing about this new code - i called up and the person who answered the phone wasnt very helpful. said "no codes were currently active"
at the very least the operators should be more helpful when we mentioned the forum
Depending on when you called, we may have deactivated all codes. Generally speaking, during certain site-wide sales, we turn off coupon codes because the item discounts already available are much lower than normal sales.
Most of our phone Reps do not have access or knowledge of what codes are currently available/active.
If you have inquiries about codes in the future, ask for Thomas when you call (that is me) and I can look into it for you. Just make sure to mention you are a member of the forum.
