They will gnaw your arm hair off.
Well, not quite but they do remove dead skin effectively and some places have them in pools and have folks sit in to get cleaned up.
They will hop right on and "mow you".
I think they do well for algae and other grubbing about.

There's a panda color version also, cute fish.
Tough easy to keep etc also
