C. Lingua was my first thought but they seem to be growing pretty well in my tank, and it seems most people can't get them to grow at all when submerged.
I work at an LFS, and these came in from one of our wholesalers, who are generally pretty useless. They mislabel/misidentify stuff all the time and are pretty bad at answering any questions we have about stuff
Might be easier to determine scale here, hard to tell how large it is. Also will probably become more clear once those leaves have adpated/grown into your tank.
The largest leaves are about 5-6 inches long, and about the width of a quarter.
