UPDATE parvula or belem or acicularis you decide

Anyone able to tell from the pic below if this plant shares more characteristics of either parvula or belem? I understand it's very hard to distinguish just from a photo with a ruler for scale but does belem grow over 6" in length? I was hoping to find a hairgrass that would grow less than 3" tall for my nano so I am on a quest to get my paws on such a plant. I already have parvula in one tank and this plant looks a lot like what I am already growing.

that was what I was thinking as well. Looks a lot like the parvula I had in an old tank of mine.

Parvula shouldn't be that tall. It's 3 inches at the most in my 75. Four inches is max height according to Tropica.

Correct. Likely E. acicularis.

eleocharis acicularis

I think that's actually spot on to what it is. Thanks all. It's definitely not belem though. too tall. too tall for either belem or parvula it sounds.
