Easy growing plants for a 56g tank

Can anyone suggest to me some easy plants for a 56 column style tank? Was planning to do plain gravel probably but loaded with root tabs, and there'll be low/medium light.

All types of anubias
All types of java fern
Anacharis, hornwort, cabomba, ludwigia, just the basic stem plants.

Hard to say without knowing exactly what kind of lights. If you are doing a HEAVY root tab situation you should do an amazon sword, they get huge :0

Hygrophila polysperma. This is a fast growing weed that can get quite tall and bushy if you let it go. It can look pretty nice on its own. If it shares a tank with other plants you have to be careful to keep it from overcrowding/shadowing slower growing plants. If you have CO2 and ferts along with enough light it goes bonkers.
