Elatine triandra vs. hydropiper

I'm looking to buy some Elatine hydropiper, and I already have some Elatine triandra growing nicely. Now, since it's rather expensive, I want to make sure I won't kill it after getting it. Is there any difference in difficulty of growing the two? I.e, if I can grow one, can I for sure grow the other?

well see as no one can grow EH, I'd say it's a lot harder. Tom Barr is the only USA guy I know that had success with it. I had a full carpet on the ET so I know I can grow that. EH is on it's way from ADG, so I'll be able to tell you more in a few weeks.

I acquired a quarter size patch of EH form a club member and it died in my immersed setup in a few weeks.

That's where I'm getting mine too.

It's actually not at a bad price. I will sell some if I can grow it.
