Riccia vs. G. elatiniodes

Hi everyone--quick question which one the above is easier to obtain --riccia or G. elatiniodes--opted toi just create an entire matt of one of these--place some rocks in the tank--in the Amano fashion and a unique piece of driftwood and then add some neon tetras--I seen the look amano gots from doning this and I think same is a neat look--please advise

I think you'll be more satifisied with glosso if you're looking for the iwagami look. Ricca will be a pain to keep low for your intended look.

I would use glosso simply because it is sooooo much easier to maintain than riccia. In my experience, riccia was always a hair algae magnet as well.
