I'd maybe even take a few of the bigger leafs off of that thing, since there doesn't seem to be a ton of roots on that plant.

Then again, I also don't have the best of luck with swords, and they take a while for me to get established and going strong, but I do think that hacking away at them when you first get them helps, otherwise they won't be up taking enough nutrients for the amount of foliage they have. I'd rather it focus energy into fewer old leafs and make more new roots and newer leafs.

A big amazon sword. Trim the roots and remove damage leaves. It can get very HUGE!
