Plant ID?



Saw this in the wild...
Im thinking hydrocotyle something or rather.IDed!

This one's from my own tank.




To help IDers..
The leaves are structured like the (terrible) diagram on the right
..alot of similar plants that people have suggested are like the one on the left

1st looks like hydrocotyle tripartita. It's also known as hydro sp japan. Good find!

the second,3rd and 4th pic are of the same plant. and I can assure you that this is not hornwort.

The leaf formation isn't like those of L. Aromatica either where aromatica seems to have a few leaves coming out from the same spot. the unided plant has only singular leaves at regular intervals, alternating around the central stem.
