I have a standard 10 gallon tank with injected co2, & about 2.6 WPG of lighting (AH Supply) over top of it. I want to plant some Repens to add some different color & shapes to my tank, but was afraid that the 26 watts of PC might not be enough ina 10 gallon tank to bring out the red in the leaves. Anyone have any experience with this plant, in this light range?
Get $70 bucks and get yourself the 36wat ah supply kit, 3.6wpg on a 10g will grow you anything! High light, injected CO2, and dosage of iron will make your repens red. If you don't have any of the aspects, you will just end up with ugly green repens which I would never like in my aquarium.
