Jungle val melting
I have had jungle val in my high light co2 tank for a month and a half now, and the new growth just seems to melt away. anyone know why??
maybe root rot. if you crushed your roots when planting your vallis, you will find black/brown rot on the roots when you remove it from your tank. U have to cut it off and trim back your heathy roots a little before gently replanting. Also, remove dying leaves from your vallis. they will encourage rotting, and unbalance your nitrate cycle

Tank parameters (Temp, pH, KH, NO3, Photoperiod, Percent/Frequency of Water Changes) and dosing regime (Macros, Micros, Trace) may be helpful. Also, are you dosing Excel at all?
