CO2 for water hawthorne and lilies?

I know water hawthorne, Aponogeton diachyos is related to other popular Aponogeton. However, they tend to have leaves at the top of the surface. My tank is a 100 gallon. Think I can get away with only 2 CO2 yeast bottles? I plan on growing those and water lilies in there, perhaps some anubias and java moss, thats it.
