Emersed plant ID?

Found this while taking my dog for a walk today. It was growing around a tree, no where near water. I don't think its aquatic, but I was planning on putting it in my emersed tank. I'd be stoked if it was aquatic

Sorry for crappy cell pic

Not aquatic, but will grow fine in your emerged setup.

Those leaves hold water for the plant. Its a type of sedum.
Not sure which type but a nice find!

I knew some plant gurus would chime in on this. Thanks a bunch to the both of you. I had to go back and grab some before the sun went down. It's now in my emersed tank.

Thanks again!
