They are both nice looking plants. Which one you pick is going to depend on what you want to do with them.
Riccia is a nice foreground plant and can also be attached to rock or driftwood. Riccia requires a lot of upkeep, trimming and retying can be endless.
Christmas moss is another lovely plant. It wouldn't make a good foreground plant, but if you intend on tying it to rock or wood it will look great and require a lot less upkeep than Riccia.
