Hello Shay
It really does not matter..
At times I will let one or two stems grow long, then clip in half, re-plant top, leave the clipped one planted, it will in turn grow 4 or 5 more stems out of the clipped part, makes for a very bushy, good looking plant, with plenty more stems for sale.

So, your Stellata is doing good then eh?

Thanks, Wolf. The Stellata is doing great. The color is beautiful as long as I give it lots of iron. If I'm lazy and forget the iron it lets me know by fading to green.

I cut the tops off of four stems and replanted them and those stems have sprouted 4-5 stems each.
