Hey nubster I hope u don't mine posting a pic, I got some yesterday and they are great. I have about 3 that are berried. Eventhough they tend to look like Choco shrimp, they are high quality none the less.
Those bright blue shrimp are my stripe less black eyes blue tiger, an experiment I did
By crossing different tigers. They aren't blue diamonds, the black ones are hahahaha
Glad to hear everyone's enjoying their Blue Diamonds.
Just wanted to reassure you folks that these shrimp will breed out the same color variation from dark brown to jet black. As long as you don't mix any other random "Neo" variation into their colony, they will keep breeding this same color variation for you.
Any idea what the percentage of browns and blacks per clutch is on average? Even their colors are awesome. It's taken some of us years to get browns that look half as good as these. So this is a huge added bonus.
Seeing these dark browns and blacks that come from Blue Diamonds makes me want to ditch my brown and black Neos and/or cross them with these to see what happens.
I got 20, and all but 2 were dark choco/black. One just had babies and they all look dark choco as well. So, mostly they will throw darks if my guess is correct. I believe the tissue is blue, so the chocolate appears even darker. A very nice combo.
