After doing some more reseach I believe I have found out what it is. The common name is "jelly bean tetra" and the scientific name is "Ladigesia roloffi." All the pics I have found have the exact same body shape and color, but I am yet to find any with fins as orange as mine. Granted I havent looked all that long for that. Mine are probably just more settled in and therefore more colorful.
