Don't know what you have out in Ohio, but in MD a few of the local places are welding supply stores, fire protection stores, and airgas suppliers.
For me, the fire protection store is the closest and cheapest. Cost me $9 to refill my 5# tank and another $15 to get it tested. $9 for a refill is a bargain to me. I've also heard welding shops are fairly priced as well.
My advice... search Google Maps for welding supply, fire protection or fire safety, and gas suppliers
