I do not have experience with the light fixtures you are currently using, but it seems like a lot of light to me.

Regarding your dosing, you may want to look into using a GH booster instead of Seachem Equilibrium to buffer your water, since it will be economically more viable.

As for your situation, a UV sterilizer is a good way to (eventually) get rid of the green water. You can also try a 3-4 day (complete) black out, and it should eliminate the algae.

I noticed that you are not injecting CO2 and are only using Excel; in an aquarium this size, using Excel will become very expensive, and I would recommend that you switch over to pressurized CO2 instead.
