Humidity to high for praying mantis?

I wanted to let my mantis tank look a little better, so I placed an orchid plant in the tank.
But now the humidity keeps around the 70%, it is an Sphodromantis so it should be around 50%.

Is this bad for the mantis?

Not sure if my response is too late or not, but I recently set up a vivarium for my Sphodromantis too. Also in there is a Hymenopus Coronatus (in a cup). I've noticed my Sphodro is a bit hyper active when the humidity gets pretty high. They do well in the 50-60% range. 70% is okay, but pushing it.

"An orchid plant" is nearly 3000 species, which one do you mean?
