25G riparium -my first

So I won a ROAK from hydrophyte and i got my first rip planter. I was instantly hooked. I had a tall 25 gallon tank that was hard to scape so I decided to make it into a riparium. I didn't put much work into the submerged part. Just some bolbtis, crypts and a large Anubias. I was thinking low light and low maintenance. Now for the rip plants I have no idea what the names are. Maybe someone can help me out. Now for the pics of the progression:

Personally I'd shove all the planters together to make one big mass, while it's still growing in, it might look a little better. Not bad right now though

The tank looks good, I am no expert but I have some suggestions:
Lower the water level and the planters to give the plants more room to grow up and put a dark background behind the tank.

Updates. I added some more plants. Had to trim some and did some rearranging. Also added petite and nana petite foreground. Here are the pics:

This thing got out of control

After the trim and rearrangement

Sorry for the crappy iPhone pics. I still need to get a black back ground on this

That's great progress since you started. How are the submerged plants doing with all that shadowing? I've found it to be a challenge to make sure everything gets enough light.

I'm only using low light plants, Anubias and bolbtis. I expect slow growth but everything is doing ok so far. At the rate of growth I'm getting from the plants above water I may need to make adjustments

I like the derimming as you go! Your tank is looking good. It seems like ripariums just need some time to fill in before they really start to look great. I know it definitely feels that way with mine.

A few updates. I did a lot of trimming and moved some plants around. Everything seems to be growing and filling in nicely. I trimmed even more after the pics
