Default Building a nano - Doing It (lots of pics)

Im planning on building my own 2.1 nano in 5mm polycarbonate, with an integrated filter and CO2, and a polycarbonate hood with a CF bulb...

Heres a papermodel i made:

I plan on having a 20W 6500K CF as lighting in the hood, with a mirrorfoil covered aluminium reflector inside.

The filter and CO2 is integrated on back of the tank, and the filter has the intake on the back on the tank, like a HMF, but hidden in the back wall. Its gonna be driven by a 150L/h powerhead, and the materials gonna be caramic pipes and spongematerial/stuff. The CO2 tank (to the right), gets a bottle cap glued on, so i can refill and close it. The CO2 pipe will be connectet to the filter output.

So far i found a place to buy cheap polycarbonate (Lexan) and bulb and powerhead. The polycarbonate is far cheaper than glass and easyer to cut details in.

Any thoughts/comments on my idea?
