Best filter type for 100g

I have a 100 container pond with a 250gph pump that I'd like to add a filter. Not sure between a waterfall box with media, a gravity filter (tetra pf1), Pondmaster Compact Pressurized Filters, or an external canister like a sunsun? I'd like a waterfall anyway but wonder if it's enough bio filter for a few gold fish?

I'm starting a 50g container pond for my 3 1" goldfish and I was thinking of setting up a waterfall box with media camouflaged with rocks or even keeping it simple with an elevated bog filter with gravel and plants in some kind of planter.

something like this

I will be doing the same style but about a 150 gallon pond also, when I am doing the filter I will be putting the inflow at the bottom and the outflow water fall at the top.

Reason being I want to make sure all the bog gets the same amount of saturation otherwise the system could end up having the water flow straight from the in flow to the bottom and out the water fall which may end up only filtering the physical stuff from the water.

just my 2 cents.

I ended up putting a sunsun canister filter on it. Found a good deal. It's rated at 100gph. So far so good.

How did you hide the canister? Can we get pics of the set up?

That actually makes a lot of sense. Thanks

Here are a few ideas for similar filters

It's not hidden. My next step is to build a wooden skirt to hide everything.
