how to remove this?

does anyone know what this algae is?
what really caused them to bloom?
how can i completely remove them?

Spot dose with flourish excel works on most algae really well

And if excel doesn't work, hydrogen peroxide might. Heck, use both, dosing on alternate days.

Treat it with Excel and up your Co2 by a lot

how is spot treatment really done because i can't really afford to cut or pull off the plant from the soil?

will dosing excel or h2o2 in aquarium water safe for fishes and invertebrates?

Just use a eye dropper or syringe to spot dose. Just be careful not to use to much at one time. I use the recommended amount for my tank size. You may need to treat a few times though.

yes you can. Just make sure filters are off before spot treating and wait 20 minutes. Then turn it all back on.
