Scary Sight

I just cleaned hair algae out of my shrimp tank and I realized that some of the algae hairs are longer than the hair on my head (and my hair is LONG) Any easy way to get rid of this stuff?

Hi, I don't have much personal experience with shrimps other than the time they ate my babies, but here's an article I found online:

Aside from that, and of course various fish, you can use chemicals or manually remove it.

What lighting are you using, how long is it on, how big is your tank, what's your stocking list (plants/fish), what are your test readings for nitrate, phosphate, etc, do you do weekly water changes, if so how much do you change, what do you use for fertilizers and how often of how much do you add to the tank, are you using co2?
