Help identifying algae (I think BGA)

I believe what I've got here is blue green algae, but before I go ahead and look into ways to treat it, I wanted to make sure that's what it was. It grows almost all over. It started on the gravel, I always tried to get as much off as I could during water changes, but it always came back. Lately it's made its way onto my driftwood and plants. It had almost completely covered my Bacopa before I pulled some of it off. It's also formed on my Wisteria and sometimes forms kind of a web between the leaves. It's slimey and easily pulled off. Does this sound like BGA to everyone? I really appreciate the help as I really can't stand the stuff! I've attached a couple pictures trying to show the dark green algae covering my Bacopa which used to be bright green and some of the algae on the driftwood.

Definitely BGA. Look up Maracyn treatment in this section. Also, you'll need to start supplying Nitrates to keep it from coming back in the future.

Without Algae, death of mankind would be inevitable.

but make sure the Maracyn you buy has erythromicyn (spell?) as an ingredient. thats the magic ingredient. there is a similar version of Maracyn that doesn't contain it.
