I'm Vietnamese too so.
or more precisely 1 dollar equal to 20,845.00 Vietnamese Dong, which is false since it is really 21 dong if you round it. Here is the list of money they make:100₫, 200₫, 500₫, 1,000₫, 2,000₫, 5,000₫, 10,000₫, 20,000₫, 50,000₫, 100,000₫, 200,000₫, 500,000₫. 20,000 Dong is really 20 dong, just ignore the zero. That's how they say it in Vietnam. Let's say 20 Dong, they would say 20 thousand Dong but it really is 20 Dong. It has to do with the inflation issue in the olden days.
It is really hard to explain. Like I said earlier, the Mosura would be close to 15-16 dollars in Vietnam, which is not bad.
