Eheim 2213 for Finnex 4, overkill?

So I want to create more space in my Finnex 4. I am looking at using an inline heater with a canister filter. I've read about Zoomed, most people are happy with it but I didn't see anyone mention hooking up an inline heater to it.

I have also read about the 2213 used in nano which has to be turned way down because of its power. I am just wondering if I get the 2213 with the heater hooked up to it, would it make the power just right for the Finnex 4?

I think i can help.I have both a eheim 2213 and an inline heater attached.I have this setup on a ada 30c (7 gallon cube). The flow is pretty strong but not devastating.I don't know if it would work on a 4 gallon. You could turn down the flow but thats basically defeating the point of the filter.I wouldn't use a zoo med with an inline since the flow is already low without anything attached.

I am reading about the Hydor Prime 10 now, maybe it'll work for me.
