Adding antibiotics is always risky....it will kill the BGA, but could take your cycled tank along with it. It's happened to me twice, and it ends up being more of a hassle than it's worth. Until you fix the underlying issue, which is that you need to dose more nitrogen, it will return. Are you going to use antibiotics constantly??
You don't need gobies to eat it, you don't need everything in the PMDD, and we aren't debating the importance of BGA or cyanos. Straightforward answer: Siphon out the BGA that you see, and up your nitrogen dosing. Your KNO3 is off just by a little bit; fix it, and you'll be fine forever. Problem solved.
