Where to find large glass bowl online?

Hi all!

Anyone here got any recommendations for places online to buy large glass fish bowls or anything unique that could be used for a Walstad-type shrimp bowl? I'm aiming for something at least 2 gallons but I'm open to all recommendations/suggestions. Also, I'd prefer not to pay an arm and a leg.

Here's some I found so far:
http://www.save-on-crafts.com/vases7.html
Amazon.com: Nature's Pure Glass Aquarium Sphere 12" Dia x 10" Height, 2.75 Gallons.: Pet Supplies Amazon.com: Nature's Pure Glass Aquarium Sphere 12" Dia x 10" Height, 2.75 Gallons.: Pet Supplies

Amazon.com: Bubble Bowl- Jumbo Size. Hand Blown Glass, Not Machine Made (Pack of 1 pc): Patio, Lawn & Garden Amazon.com: Bubble Bowl- Jumbo Size. Hand Blown Glass, Not Machine Made (Pack of 1 pc): Patio, Lawn & Garden

Thanks!

I've been trying to find something similar as well, with no luck. I'm going to start checking out some thrift stores. Good luck

you can check marinedepot.com. they have a few different sizes and shapes. depending on how much you want to spend you can also get a small mr. aqua tank and do the walstad in it which is what i'm trying to do with my 3gal mr aqua.

I've used this as a fish bowl...the largest size holds about 2 gals if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the suggestions! Gonna keep looking as I'm pretty set on the bowl shape. So far I'm leaning toward this guy:
Amazon.com: Bubble Bowl- Jumbo Size. Hand Blown Glass, Not Machine Made (Pack of 1 pc): Patio, Lawn & Garden Amazon.com: Bubble Bowl- Jumbo Size. Hand Blown Glass, Not Machine Made (Pack of 1 pc): Patio, Lawn & Garden
...But I don't see myself shelling out that much for it. The hunt continues!

Best bet is thrift shops and flea markets. You will save a lot of money compared to ordering offline. Good luck on your hunt

By strange coincidence, I bought this today at Target, and planted it tonight.

Ah, Target! Haven't thought to check there but I might tonight! Also another good store to try is TJ Maxx. I've seen some great ones in the past there but never thought to buy them. Hope they have some more soon!

if you have any homegoods stores around you (which I'm assuming you do if you have tj maxx) they always have some nice, big bowls there

Check craft stores like Michael's or Jo-Ann's Fabrics. They carry some nice glassware in my area, including bubble bowls.
