Lighting question, putting in here...

If this belongs in lighting, my apologies. I am putting here since it is mostly about a Nano setup.

Has anyone had any experience with one of these? And would said light work well for a 4 to 8 gallon? I have tried searching everywhere for reviews.

Finnex Fugeray-R LED Fixture

The PAR results are slightly better than the regular Fugeray 10".

GOOD question!!!!! I was looking at this same light for my 2.5 and/or 5.5 gallon. I also saw a clip on light from the same supplier that uses a CFL bulb.

This thread is going to help for sure. Thanks for posting!

It seems to be just a hair better than the Fugeray, which is what I was looking at using on whatever Nano I went with.

Finnex FugeRay PAR Specs:
10" fixture: 49 PAR @ 6", 18 PAR @ 12", 9 PAR @ 18"

Finnex Fugeray-R PAR Specs:

Depending on the height from tank surface the regular Fugeray was tested at. And the RED LEDs seem like a nice touch. I know I have seen some takes with T5 lights, one 6.5k and one Pink Floura (sp?) light, and they look amazing.
