Start of a 5 gallon india/Sri Lanka biotope.

My 5 gallon has been set up for about a month, 2 weeks or so ago i added some plants, so far i've added Hygophila Corymbosa, water Wisteria, Aponogeton Crispus and Cryptocoryne Wendtii. I'm setting the tank up as a biotope for a dwarf puffer. I also have 3 peices of driftwood (i ordered 2 but 1 broke during transport so now i have 3).

i'm not sure if i'll add any more plants or give these ones a chance to grow. I have a diy co2 setup going straight into the filter intake and i'm honestly not sure about the lighting.

I'm also sure i have the substrate wrong for the biotope i setup but i had already bought it before i decided what i was going to do with the tank.

please excuse the picture quality, they were taken on my phone.

What kind of filtration/lighting is on that tank? I assume it's one of those hoods were the filtration and lighting is integrated into it. Just curious how good those things are; never tried them.

It is the hood lighting and filtration, I'm not sure how good the lighting will be with the plants I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I will say one thing, the fact it's all integrated makes it a pain to get into the tank, I know there's the feeding hatch but if you want access to the tank properly you have to take the top apart in a certain order be wise of the wires. If I had known that when I bought it i might have gone with something else.
