3.5 gallon pic any suggestions

HI everyone i just wanted to get some feedback on my 3.5 gallon

Its a 3.5 gallon aga

Lighting: 1 13watt compact flourescent 8000K pink
Filtration: 2 Red Sea Nano filters
Substrate: 1 inch of natural gravel, 1/2 inch of sand, 1/2 inch of laterite
Diy co2 reactor

Plants:
Cryptocoryne Wendtii green
Cryptocoryne Wendtii "Mi Oya"
Cryptocoryne becketti
Hydrophilia semiansis
Anubia barteri Nana

Fish:
2 Harlequin Rasboras
1 otto cats
2 Black Skirt tetras
2 algae eating shrimp

Looks nice, I love the anubias barteri!a although your stockings doesn't seem right, otoscinclus should be in groups of 3 or more, and harlequin rasboras should be in groups of 5 or more.

thanks guys,,, the light is a 13 watt compact flourescent realux bulb ,, its pink in colour and has a kelvin rating of 8000k.. i purchased it from marinedepot.com

Looks great, but black skirt tetras can get pretty big. I would go with just rasboras and ottos.

did u ever try putting 3 ottos in a 3 gallon??
