Cycling Tanks with Plants?

I am about to set up my new 7.5 gallon tank and start the cycling process this Sunday. My question is can I add plants immediately during the cycling process or do I have to wait until the tank is fully cycled in order to get the most out of my planted tank? Thanks!

Plants enjoy the high ammonia environment of a cycling tank. Add them now!
