Are croaking gouramis (Trichopsis vittata) compatible with shrimp?
This question is about croaking gouramis and not sparkling gouramis (Trichopsis pumila); I know pumila will attack shrimp. I kept a croaker before and it never bothered ghost shrimp, but that tank was a lot bigger than my current 25g planted.
Is it safe to keep T. vittata with adult red cherry shrimp? I don't care if they pick off a few juveniles.
Also, what is an idea stocking number for this species? Do they prefer to live solo, in pairs, trios, shoals???
