Need a new centerpiece...

My bala shark recently died:frown2:. I don't know why, either. I just did my weekly 1/3 water change four days ago, and everyone was acting normal. One of my mollies is also dead.

So, anyway, after I get that sorted out, I'll need a new fish to add interest.

I have a few requirements;
Must be a middle to top swimmer; no bottoms (sorry, rams, I really do like you..)

Must get over 4 inches (after all, it'll be an attention grabber).

Must be peaceful (I have guppies, mollies, and zebra danios.)

If it will eat baby guppies, that would be a plus :wink2:I can't bring myself to get rid of the babies myself, so I was relying on the shark to eat them. It didn't do much, but now that it's gone I fear for my tank's balance.

Other things:
It can be a schooling fish, I guess, but I'd prefer a single fish. I know the shark was a schooling fish, and I did have five at one time, they just started dying and I never replaced them.

Fish I have:
3 SAE
1 Butterfly pleco
2 female mollies
5 guppies (male and female, endler crossed)
5 leopard danios

pH is around 8 to 8.4. Depends on when I test it.
Filter is an Aqueon Quiet Flow 50
Heater is an Eheim Jager something.
Tank is set to 76 degrees.

Ideas?

RIP, my shark and molly. You will be missed.
