Fuzzy head on zebra oto

One of my zebra otos has what appears to be a fungal infection. It was a spot that was bare for a few days, and now it has a high fuzzy raised appearance. What is your drug of choice? I was told Pimafix would work. Also, this has to be done in QT tank correct? The tank has CRS.

I'd use Melafix AND Pimafix, since it would take a microscope to be sure if that fuzzy area is actually fungus or bacteria. I'd go easy on the dosages if these are WC (I'd probably dose 1/2 for 2x as long).

And yes, I'd also QT.

Where'd you find him?

I did buy a small bottle of each, but only used the pimafix so far. I have had him, and another..for awhile. I got him from a guy named Dave,in Lakeland. I need to contact him and see if he has any this year. I have him in a 5 gal bucket, with 4 gal tankwater,an airstone, a heater, and a rock from the tank. With a lid mostly covering the top. Sound ok? Thanks for your help.
