Cardinal Tetras and Rosey Barbs

Do you guys think that rosey barbs and cardinal tetras would be compatiable tank mates

Cardinal tetras are majestic in behavior, mostly schooling and mid-water based. Rosey barb males get territorial at times so provide enough space to reduce nervousness. Also cardinal tetras do better in a school of six or more. I really would recommend no less than a dozen.
