Mine says ammonium hydroxide, which is probably the aqueous ammonia spiny cheek just mentioned.

Yes, but only a little, and after the bit of ammonia is gone, you'd have to do daily water changes to keep your seven bacteria nourished, as they still need food until the fish come in. Once you put the fish in, you'd still be dealing with ammonia spikes as not enough bacteria would be present.

I agree, it's always best to over-prepare your bacteria. Ammonium hydroxide is the normal cleaning ammonia and ammonium chloride is what aquaculture places use. Both work the same. Just avoid the lemon scented kind.

Thanks everybody for all your inputs,

I am planning to keep sone neon tetras for now and some algae eaters with amano shrimps.The tank cycle is being done with out any fishes.
