Nice photos! I have a love hate relation ship with my phone, it seems like every time I need to take a good photo they come out looking like poo, but if I want to take a quick photo to text to a friend it comes out looking like a professional photo. I have tried all kinds of methods and different photo apps. What phone are you using?

I have the LG G2
Really the only way I was able to get any decent pictures was because I was using the burst feature and picked the best out of the 20 pictures it took. Very time consuming but my fish didnt want to be still. I was really excited to see a sport setting for my camera which gets rid of blur but I used it and the picture looked even worse than when I wasnt using it

Rapid burst is usually the way to go, I use an app for iphone call procam and it has some some really good features, the burst feature seems to work out the best.

Lovely photos, really like the leaf fish one, never underestimate their ability to suck down fish, just because their mouth usually seems much smaller than it actually is!

Yup never underestimate them! Or you won't have any other fish left in the tank haha
I would love to get my hands on of these but don't have a large well planted/decorated tank available.

Faster than I thought he would, he's grown about an inch in a few months
I got him at petsmart so he was super tiny

Mines not shy in the slightest though, I dont know if its because the tank is heavily planted or because I have dithers but he is always at the front begging!

Ha, mine is alone in a grow out, though perhaps it would be worth it to invest in permanent dithers for the grow out tank.

What dithers are you using?

Little bit of everything, though im hoping to settle on what i want by this weekend since I have a trip to the lfs today and an auction tomorrow

Lemon tetras here I come!

Right now, Ive got 3 female guppies that hes supposed to eat, 6 phantom tetras that are babies, cherry barbs, cories, and 2 danios that were also supposed to be snacks. Will probably throw my SAE in there too
Ive kept him with a bunch of different other fish as well

Reeeeally digging the baby phantoms, really understated and pretty
Ill probably end up taking the feeders out and just giving them away, hes too lazy and i dont want to have the tank more stocked than I already do

Love the ctenopoma and especially the banded gourami!
