All those are nice tetras, just pick the one you like best (or that is cheapest!) and then add a bunch of cories. They are very cool in large groups. In a tank that size you could easliy do:
+ algae eaters (maybe a school of otos?) and cool centerpiece fish, like a larger, peaceful cichlid, or pearl gourami(s).
Edit: wanted to add the idea of harlequin rasboras to the schooling fish list. They are the size of tetras, and probably my personal favorite schooling fish.
